Upon graduation from law school, he clerked for the Honorable William J. Lasarow, then Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Throughout his career Mr. Uriarte has worked for large national and international law firms including Morgan, Lewis and Bockius and Coudert Brothers.
